A short course in dealing with challenging situations confidently and effectively by developing appropriate strategies and skills.

The word conflict describes friction, distrust or lack of empathy between individual team members or with a person you directly lline manage.  Deal with it badly and the ripple effects can manifest into a wave of discontent.  Get it right and you can all build on the trust respect and knowledge gained.  Participants will gain an understanding of the different types of conflict and how to resolve differences in a way that both parties benefit.
