Even at the best of times, the responsibilities of being a Headteacher can take their toll.
Maintaining relationships, developing cohesive school cultures, refining and improving structures, systems and policies, all are tasks that require enormous investments of time and energy.
Within this context, it is more vital than ever that we ensure. Headteachers are given the support necessary to not only survive but to also thrive in their roles.
That’s why on Wednesday 4th May, 4.30 – 5.30, we will be hosting a second online briefing session for any Headteachers interested in our Headteacher Wellbeing and Coaching Support programme. The programme will commence in May and will be delivered in partnership with Integrity Coaching.
Essential Information
This session will be run remotely, on the two mornings of 3rd and 4th May 2022 via Zoom.

ASSESSMENT
A standard assessment has been provided to cover the workshop content. The questions relevant to each session will be delivered at the end of each session, 13 questions in total.
